The Petersen home is a great example of our commitment and and continued relationship with our customers over time and their personal life changes. Cool Concepts started by replacing their starter home unit in 2009 when the first one failed during the heat of the Summer months. A new unit can be costly and we were able to work an easy and affordable payment plan for their unit needs and budget. The unit was ordered and seamlessly installed the very next day.

The Petersen’s moved in 2014 and Cool Concepts was called out once again to service an existing unit when it failed during the heat of Summer. The Petersen’s currently have a home warranty, but were unable to get a repair company out to look at their unit for 2 weeks, after several frustrating conversations with the warranty company. Cool Concepts arrived the very next morning to take a look at their unit. Repair was possible, even though the unit was older. The unit was repaired that very hour and the Petersen home was cooling off once again, before the 100 degree temperatures hit that day.
